SLIME

Is slime edible?

It is important to note that despite the resemblance in appearance and aroma to edible treats, our slime products must not be consumed as they are not safe for consumption. We highly recommend refraining from eating or swallowing any form of slime.

To ensure safety, it is recommended to keep slime products away from young children and supervise their usage at all times.

What ingredients are in your slime?

Contains: PVA Glue, Borax
May also contain: Colorant, Fragrance Oil, Clay, Craft Materials, Absorbent Polymers, Mineral Oil, Glycerin, Alumina Silicate, instant snow (sodium polyacrylate polymer), styrofoam, pigment powder, glitter

Individuals with eczema or sensitive skin should avoid using slime as it may cause allergic reactions to the ingredients mentioned earlier.

What age is slime best for?

Slime is best for ages 8 and up and can provide hours of creative fun. However, it should be kept away from children under 4 due to potential choking or ingestion risks.

To guarantee the safety of children below the age of 8 while playing with slime, it is crucial that an adult is present to supervise.

SlimeStudios is not liable for the handling of slimes by children, whether or not they are under adult supervision.

How long does slime last?

Slimes can typically last for a few months with proper care. However, it's important to note that slimes may naturally deflate or melt over time due to the nature of slime ingredients. Inevitably, all slimes will eventually expire.

Why can't I add more than one discount code to my order?

Only one discount code is allowed per order on our website.

What is included with each order?

Each package should contain a complimentary borax baggie, your slimes, a packing slip, and a fun surprise such as candy, stickers, or a squishy.

When do you restock?

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Will my slime arrive before christmas?

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend making your purchase by Friday, December 8th.

Unfortunately, orders placed after this date may not be delivered in time for the holidays.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Our standard processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that during high-demand periods, there might be a slight delay in processing.

After your order has been shipped, the delivery time will depend on your location. In general, orders within the United States usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. However, international orders may take longer due to customs processing times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What can I do if I put the wrong address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet we can still fix it, please contact us via realslimestudios@gmail.com as soon as possible. We recognize that mistakes may happen, and we will provide our utmost assistance.

Customers are encouraged to double-check their shipping addresses on the confirmation page of checkout and in their order confirmation email. We are not responsible for packages being shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses. 

My package was marked as delivered, but is not here. What should I do?

Here are some suggestions that may help you find your package:

  1. Confirm with your neighbors: Sometimes, USPS may unintentionally deliver a package to a neighboring address. We advise double-checking with your neighbors to determine if they have received your package by mistake.
  2. Wait a day or two: Sometimes, USPS may mistakenly mark a package as delivered before it's actually delivered. We recommend waiting for 1-2 days to see if the package appears before pursuing further action.
  3. USPS Claim Filing: If you are unable to locate your package, it is recommended to submit a claim with USPS. This will allow you to seek assistance from the United States Postal Service in locating your package or obtaining compensation if it is determined to be lost or stolen.

Please note that we are unable to authorize refunds for packages labeled as "delivered" due to our lack of control over the delivery process once it leaves our facility. However, rest assured that we will do everything possible to assist you in locating your package and resolving any issues with USPS.

My package was returned back to the sender, what do I do?

If you find that your order has been returned, please contact us at realslimestudios@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to locate your package and provide you with an update on its status. Please note that it may take some time for the package to be returned to us.

If you would like to arrange for another delivery attempt, please contact us to discuss your options. Please note that additional shipping fees may be required, as we are not able to make a second shipment with the same paid postage.

REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellation requests within 3 hours of the order being created.

To request a cancellation, please send an email to realslimestudios@gmail.com with your order details and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request." Our team will promptly review your request and process it.

What is your refund policy?

My package arrived damaged, What should i do?

In order to report any damage to your order, we kindly request that you take clear photos of the damage and promptly reach out to our customer service team.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

For any concerns regarding your order, please contact us at realslimestudios@gmail.com.

It would greatly help if you provide your order number and attach a picture of the incorrect item. Rest assured, our team will promptly address the issue within 2-3 business days.

TRACKING

How do I track my order?

Once your order is accepted for processing, we will send you a formal shipping confirmation. This confirmation will contain the tracking number(s) and will be delivered to the email or phone number that you have provided.

Please be advised that it may take approximately 2-3 days for the tracking number of your order to be updated. This is because our processing time is required before your order is handed off to USPS.
